Power vent, direct vent or atmospheric
Most older Seattle homes have an atmospheric (natural draft) heater venting into a chimney or B-vent. If the old flue is in bad shape, or the heater is in a tight space, a power-vent unit that vents in PVC through a wall is often the better replacement. We will recommend based on what the house has.
