Electric water heater replacement
Condos, apartments and many older Seattle houses run on electric tank heaters. They are simple, reliable and straightforward to replace, and the photo shows one of ours, fitted into a closet with an expansion tank and flexible connectors.

Electric water heater questions
Can I switch from electric to gas?
If there is gas service to the building and a vent route, yes, but it is a bigger job involving a new gas line and venting. Ask us during the estimate.
Why is my electric heater only making lukewarm water?
Usually a failed lower heating element or thermostat. On a younger heater that is a repair; on an old one it is a sign to replace.
